Puppy/Dog Application

This is the Aniak Siberians Dog/Puppy Application, it is NOT an agreement to purchase a dog or puppy. More questions may follow, plus an interview, vet reference check, and a home/fence check - but this will get us started. We will use this to match a dog to your lifestyle, your situation, and your expectations, which gives you and the dog the best possible chance at a permanent placement.

Before filling in the form, however, please click here to read some additional information about Siberian Huskies written by members of Siberian Husky Rescue in California.
